The Five Steps of the International Executive Trainee Program to become a successful leader within Lux

Each program step is tailor-made to our business needs and therefore varies in duration and content. The entire modular structure will give you a complete inside to different functions, duties and responsibilities.


The trainee program is composed of 5 main elements:

1) Sales partner
2) Team leader
3) International Instructor
4) Branch Manager
5) Assistant of a Managing Director or a member of the Lux International Executive Board

Program Details

For three years you will work and be trained at different Lux companies around the world.

Depending on your language skills, the first period of the Executive Trainee Program starts in one of the following countries:

Scandinavia and Baltic's:
Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia


Western Europe:
Austria, Germany, Switzerland


Southern Europe:
Spain, Italy, France


Central/Eastern Europe:
Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Poland


Africa:
South Africa
