Program Details
Each program step is tailor-made to our business needs and therefore varies in duration and content. The entire modular structure will give you a complete inside to different functions, duties and responsibilities.
The trainee program is composed of 5 main elements:
1) Sales partner
2) Team leader
3) International Instructor
4) Branch Manager
5) Assistant of a Managing Director or a member of the Lux International Executive Board
For three years you will work and be trained at different Lux companies around the world.
Depending on your language skills, the first period of the Executive Trainee Program starts in one of the following countries:
Scandinavia and Baltic's:
Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia
Western Europe:
Austria, Germany, Switzerland
Southern Europe:
Spain, Italy, France
Central/Eastern Europe:
Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Poland
Africa:
South Africa

Step 1
Position: Sales Partner Place
Time: 3-6 months Local Country
Description: Sales and Marketing
Lux Business School Part I: Product, sales and recruitment training
Step 2
Position: Team Leader Place
Period: 3-6 months Host Country
Description: Sales Manager of a team between 6-12 people
Lux Business School Part II: How to recruit, manage and coach a team
Step 3
Position: International Instructor Place
Period: 3-6 months Local/Host
Description: Assisting Branch Managers in recruitment and Country retention
Lux Business School Part III: Train the trainer, successful management of a sales organisation, welcome partner and referral concept
Step 4
Position: Branch Manager Place
Time: 12-18 months Local Country
Description: In charge of a Sales Branch with 30-50 people
Lux Academy during step 4: The Executive Trainee will take part in our highest management training: the Lux Academy
Step 5
Positions: Assistant to a Managing Director or a member of the Lux International Executive Board
Period: 6-12 months
Description: You will be the right hand of one of our top managers, where you will learn how to run a successful Lux operation. This is the final preparation before you will take on a leading management position in the group:
Regional/General Manager, Managing Director, responsible for opening a new Lux country
